Beginners Training Program

Calling All New Players!

Rhinos VC is thrilled to launch our Beginners Training Program! This program is designed for anyone who's new to volleyball or wants to brush up on their skills and doesn't have a spot on a club team this season.

Why Rhinos?

We believe volleyball is for everyone! Our program offers a fun and encouraging environment to learn the fundamentals, improve your technique, and develop your passion for the game.

What to expect:

• Expert Coaching: Two experienced coaches will be available to guide you every step of the way. 

• Small Group Training: Limited to 18 participants per session, ensuring personalized attention. 

• Flexible Commitment: Our "pay as you go" system lets you attend sessions that fit your schedule. Simply book your spot and pay for the class!

Skill-based Summer camp

Level Up Your Game: Rhinos VC Summer Camp!

Experience the thrill of intensive volleyball training at our highly-regarded adult only Summer Camp!

What to expect:

• Skill-Specific Focus: Dive deep into key volleyball skills with dedicated sessions on hitting, defending/passing, setting/volleying, and blocking. 

• Expert Guidance: Learn from 3-4 experienced coaches who will provide personalized instruction and feedback. 

• Intense Training: Engage in dynamic drills and technique-focused exercises designed to maximize your improvement. 

• Open to All: No club membership required. Attend as many sessions as you'd like!

Our Summer Camp was a resounding success in 2023/2024, and we're thrilled to bring it back bigger and better for 2024/2025.

Supporting Lucasz Kulas: Rally Behind Our Teammate!

Together, We Can Fight!

Our beloved teammate, Lucasz Kulas, is facing a tremendous challenge. Diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer, Lucasz needs your help to fight for his life and secure the experimental treatments offering a chance for him and others battling this disease.

Lucasz's Story

Lucasz, a vibrant and active 28-year-old, full of life. He played volleyball with passion, ran half marathons, and dream of starting a family with his fiancée, Marta. However, life took a cruel turn when Lucasz received a devastating diagnosis – NUT carcinoma. This aggressive cancer spread rapidly, leaving him and his loved ones with a daunting fight ahead.

The Fight for Hope

While traditional treatments have slowed the cancer's growth, Lucasz urgently needs access to specialized immunotherapy and clinical trials. These offer the best chance of extending his life and contributing valuable research for future patients. Unfortunately, these treatments come at a significant cost, exceeding his family's resources.

We, Rhinos Volleyball Cambridge, are rallying behind Lucasz! We're hosting a charity volleyball tournament on:

January 19th 9:00-12:00 AM at the Leys Sports Centre in Cambridge. Register your attendance by joining Spond HERE.
